We use 100% Finnish reindeer meat, poultry, minced beef, and fish. Many of our dishes can be prepared gluten-free, and our burgers are also available with gluten-free buns. Please note that wheat flour is used in our kitchen for baking pizzas and breads, and traces of gluten may therefore be present.
